Did you know you are the hero, the lead role in an intricately woven, epic story?

Well you are, and Healing from Within (HFW) is our personal transformation program that assists you on your heroic journey toward living a life you love. Simply put, this means we help you reach a space of fulfillment in whatever you are seeking … a release of stress, having vibrant health, being in a career you love, having meaningful relationships, or whatever else you desire.

In HFW, we help you identify and become clear about what you are seeking. Then, meeting you where you are on your path, we support you on your journey. We use a variety of techniques, teachings and tools to help you awaken to and face any obstacles that are standing in the way of your true happiness. As you move through the challenges of your everyday life, we help you to go beyond your perceived limitations and live a purposeful life that truly honors you.

For this event, Alisha Olivier Park, creator of Healing from Within, will be returning from Costa Rica to help your kickstart your heroic journey. The weekend will consist of experiential learning, sacred processes, yoga, meditation, Q&A and more, and will help you progress on your path, toward living a life you love!
