Infuse yin yoga with Reiki Energy Healing.
The Yinki Yoga training is ideal for those interested in becoming a yoga teacher and those that are already certified yoga teachers that would like to add Yinki as a specialty. Topics will include: History and Philosophy of Yin Yoga, Anatomy and Physiology for Yin Yoga, Alignment of Yin Yoga Postures, Sound Healing, the integration of Reiki into Yin Yoga, and Practicum for Yinki Yoga and Yinki Healing.
